Procedures for a 502(b)(10) Change

Facility must notify both EPD and EPA of the change typically at least 90 days in advance of the change occurring and must submit an SIP application. The notification must include the following:
  • A description of the change
  • Date of the change
  • Any change in emissions
  • The pollutant(s) emitted and
  • Any permit condition that will no longer be applicable as a result of the change.
