A Title V application must be submitted to EPD. The Title V application must consist of at least the following completed sections:
- A - Facility Information
- B - Facility Emissions
- C - Rule Applicability (for ENTIRE facility)
- Any other sections that pertain to changes being made.
- Notarized certification page signed by the "responsible official."
- The public has a 30-day comment
period.
- EPA has a
45-day review period which begins at the end of the public
comment period.
- The application must include a
description of the change, the emissions resulting from the
change, and any new applicable requirements.
- The applicant may submit a "suggested permit."
