Procedures For Calculating Air Permit Fees |
The Procedures For Calculating Air Permit Fees for a specific calendar year (permit fee manual) details the methods used to calculate the permit fees required under Georgia Air Quality Control Rule 391-3-1-.03(9), “Permit Fees” for only that calendar year. Each year a new permit fee manual is issued in the spring/summer following the calendar year that the fees are being paid. For example, the air permit fee manual for calendar year 2007 will be released in the spring/summer of 2008. Each year, a letter is sent out at the end of June notifying facilities that the fees are due by September 1. If for some reason, your facility does not receive this letter, the fees are still due by September 1. To get an invoice for the annual fee, please go to the GECO login, then to the Emission Fees applicaiton for the facility, and fill out the information to receive an invoice. |
