Title V Permit Application

Georgia's Title V permit application is available only as a software package. The software application is used to apply for initial Title V permits as well as for modifications to existing Title V permits. The paper, word processor based application is no longer accepted.

The application is a Microsoft Access™ based software package that must be installed. Initial installation of the software requires one to obtain the installation CD from the Air Protection Branch. After the initial installation, updates may be downloaded from this web site and applied to the existing installation.

To install the Title V application software it is not necesary to purchase Microsoft Access or to already have it installed on your computer. Installing the Title V application software does not interfere with existing installations of Microsoft Access™. The software CD may be copied freely.

Include your name, title or position, company name, address, and telephone number in the email.
