About the Title V Software

Georgia's Title V permit application is available only as a software package. The software application is used to apply for initial Title V permits as well as for modifications to existing Title V permits. The old paper application that was competed using WordPerfect™ or Microsoft Word™ is no longer accepted.

Some modifications to existing Title V permits require submittal of the SIP Operating and Construction Permit Application in addition to the Title V permit application. For assistance in determining if both are required contact the Air Protection Branch's Stationary Source Permitting Program.
